Passport copy and all academic papers including marksheet and completion certificate
English proficiency test such as IELTS/PTE/TOEFL

Apply for Australian universities as you have preferred one of them. You will then get a conditional or unconditional letter of offer. Once and If you have received an unconditional letter of offer, then you can process the payment.
